Office Manager

Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized Office Manger to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. You will be responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, maintain inventory, office staff supervision, coordinating our team’s calendars, and providing best-in-class customer service. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.

This position will report directly to the owners of the company. You must be able to work independently. Training will be provided on an ongoing basis. You’ll be a best fit for this role if you have an Associate degree (B.A. or B.S. preferred) and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Incoming Communication Management : Manage primary company e-mail accounts and website form submissions and forward messages appropriately. Schedule appointment calendars for sales calls. Answer phone and voicemails and direct calls as necessary.
  • Customer Service/Sales: Strong sales and/or customer service skills to be able to assist customers coming in to office showroom: sell parts, doors and openers and have knowledge of those products. Have the ability to give accurate sales estimates and take service orders over the phone.
  • Accounting : Receive, organize, and file all purchases and receipts, and some accounts receivable-related tasks such as invoicing and filing. Responsible for making up and going to make daily bank deposits.
  • Office IT: Light technology upkeep and liaison with external computer support. Strong familiarity with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.
  • Document Administration and Compliance: Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with outside vendors.
  • Any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission and abide our company’s values.

Other skills required for this position:

  • Highly organized. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Consistent and on-time attendance (Work hours 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. No Saturdays.)
  • Ability to lift at least 25lbs
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Clean driver’s license, own car, and can provide valid insurance

Salary commensurate based on experience. Paid holidays and vacation time. Car allowance.

Garage Door Installer and Service Technician

We are a leading dealer and installer of overhead garage doors looking to fill residential and commercial installation and service job openings. We are looking to hire immediately. Positions are 40+ hours per week. Pay is $12-19 per hour. These are full-time hourly positions that include comprehensive benefits packages.

We are willing to train the right candidate who is mechanically inclined and possesses carpentry skills.

Duties Include:

- Driving a truck

- Performing on site service and/or installations

- Providing timely and quality repairs of customers’ products

- Maintaining high-quality customer service and care

- Promoting and selling additional products and services

- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated good organizational skills

- Must be hard working and dependable

- Maintain positive and professional attitude

- Show good communication skills

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs
